Filter and search across all batches

Find any batch instantly using filters for date, status, value range, and tags. The batch list searches by batch name. To track down a single card, open the batch that holds it and search there.

How It Works

1

View your batches

Open the BatchCard dashboard in your Shopify admin. All batches are listed with creation date, card count, total value, and status.

2

Filter and search

Use filters for date range, status, and tags, and search by batch name. Archived batches are out of the default list; switch the status filter to Archived to see them.

3

Open batch details

Click any batch to see individual cards, delivery statuses, and batch statistics. Add notes or tags to keep batches organized.

4

Take action

Export the batch as CSV, send or retry email deliveries, cancel scheduled deliveries, or archive the batch once it is finished, all from the detail page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add notes to a batch?
Yes. Open any batch and add internal notes visible only to your team. Notes are useful for tracking campaign context, approval status, or distribution instructions.
How do I find a specific gift card code?
Open the batch that holds it, then search the card table on the batch detail page. Search by the last four characters of a code, or by a full code you have revealed. The batch list itself searches batch names, not codes.
Can I delete a batch?
No, and nothing removes a gift card from Shopify either, because Shopify has no delete for gift cards. Archive the batch instead: it leaves your default list and you can bring it back whenever you want. If the cards themselves need to stop working, deactivate every card in the batch from the batch detail page on Starter and above. That one is permanent.
What happens when I archive a batch?
Archiving hides the batch from your default list and changes nothing else. The gift cards stay live in Shopify, reminders keep going out, and the batch keeps counting toward your liability report. Switch the status filter to Archived to find it again, and unarchive it whenever you want. Archiving is available on every plan, once a batch has finished creating cards.
What batch statuses are available?
Created, Resolving, In Progress, Completed, Partial, Failed, and Cancelled. They track card creation, not email delivery. A batch reads Completed when every card was created, Partial when some were created and some failed, and Failed when none were created.
